Wazdan Approved for iGaming Services in New Jersey

The online gambling market in the United States is booming and because of its success, online gaming creators in other countries want in on the action. Over the past year, we have seen gaming operators and software companies from the United Kingdom and other regions enter the United States after obtaining the proper licensing from regulators. By moving services into the US, such companies can build on their business. Just this week, it was announced that Wazdan has been approved to offer services in New Jersey. The move will mark the first time that the company has offered services in the states.

Garden State Approval

Wazdan is a top-rated online casino developer and distributer that is well-known on the international online gambling industry. The company is now set to debut in the Garden State with a popular selection of its titles. Just last week, the brand was approved for a transactional waiver by the Division of Gaming Enforcement to get started in the state.

Desktop and mobile content will be on offer and it is a big deal for Wazdan. The company will have access to the US market in the best performing state in the nation. After starting services in New Jersey, the company will then be able to expand into other states if it chooses. The growth potential is there and could help Wazdan reach new heights as a gaming developer.

Locally licensed operators can now access Wazdan games. Top titles to launch first include Sizzling 777 Deluxe and Larry the Leprechaun. Additional titles like Poker of Gods: The Pantheon and Magic Stars 3 will also be live in the state.

For the developer, there is over 130 HTML5 slots, table games, and video poker options within its portfolio. The products include premium features that players have come to love including ultra fast mode and high volatility levels.

Based in Malta, Wazdan has licensing with the UK Gambling Commission, Malta Gaming Authority, Romanian National Gambling Office, and the Swedish Gambling Authority. The company is excited to be launching in New Jersey soon.

Andrzej Hyla, the Chief Commercial Officer for Wazdan, commented that the company is thrilled to be able to deliver some of their most popular gaming titles in the state.

International Interest

Years ago, if you asked an international gambling company if they wanted to try and get started in the US, they would most likely stay no. The country has not always been friendly to the gambling industry. There are still many states in which there are no gambling laws on the books.

However, over the past year, many states have started to open up to online casino and poker gaming. It seems the option to legalize sports betting started to change the minds of lawmakers and now more people than ever are supportive of getting started in the iGaming industry.

It will be exciting to watch as the gambling industry continues to expand across the US as more states become involved. We will see even more internationally based gambling get in on the action as services continue to grow in the nation.
